Our state-of-the art focus group facility is not only the
most modern, it’s also the most convenient. We are located
in Towson, Maryland, just off the Baltimore beltway—making
us easily accessible to a wide range of diverse areas, a
bustling business community, and households of all income
ranges. This location is ideal in enabling you to draw from
an extremely large resource of focus group participants and
more easily fill your focus groups with the exact
participants you need.
Our highly trained and
experienced staff ensures accurate recruiting to most
effectively meet your specific needs, with a specialty in
medical, business-to-business and consumer recruiting. With
a strong commitment to quality recruitment, we avoid
“professional” participants by constantly evaluating and
updating our consumer and business databases. As a result,
the participants in your focus group are representative of
your target market.
At HCM, our focus group
facilities meet the needs of our clients:
- An attractive office
building with ample free parking.
- A large, comfortable
viewing room that accommodates 25 clients, complete with
tiered seating with lighted writing ledges and dial-up
or high-speed Internet connectivity.
- An adjoining lounge area
with additional, comfortable seating, closed-circuit
television and a full-service computer station with a
laser printer and high-speed or dial up Internet
connectivity.
- A large (12’6” x 19’6”)
focus/conference room, complete with a large conference
table, comfortable seating, multiple ledges for
displaying materials, a flip chart and a television and
VCR mounted above the two-way mirror, enabling you
to watch participants’ reactions to videos.
- Conveniently located
near a variety of area attractions, quality hotels, fine
restaurants and the area’s largest shopping mall.
- Close proximity to BWI
Airport and Baltimore’s Penn Station.
- Availability of
professional quality audio and videotaping.
